A little about me...

 

I'm a mom to two amazing teenagers, a lifelong entrepreneur, and someone who is constantly looking for ways to grow—both personally and professionally. I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2005 and have been self-employed since 2007. Bridal beauty has been my passion for as long as I've held a license, and over the years I've built a thriving bridal beauty business serving hundreds of brides while leading a talented team of artists.

 

But it wasn't always the business it is today.

That was me.

 

From the outside, I looked successful. I had built a bridal beauty team, I was booking weddings, and my business was generating income. But behind the scenes, I was exhausted. I was constantly available—answering emails, texts, DMs, and inquiries at all hours. My business owned me instead of the other way around.

 

I vividly remember sitting on the floor of my closet, overwhelmed and burnt out, wondering how I had created a business that I loved but no longer enjoyed running.

 

I knew something had to change.

 

At the end of 2023, I made one of the biggest investments I'd ever made in myself and my business. I hired a business coach for $6,500.

 

At the time, that felt terrifying.

 

My business was doing okay, but $6,500 was still a significant amount of money. I remember thinking, "What if this doesn't work?" But I also knew that continuing to do things the same way wasn't working either.

 

That decision changed everything.

 

Within just a few months, the investment had paid for itself. But the financial return wasn't even the most valuable part.

 

What I gained was clarity.

 

I learned how to create systems that didn't rely solely on me. I learned how to build a stronger team, improve the client experience, streamline operations, increase profitability, and create boundaries that gave me my time back.

 

Most importantly, I stopped living in a constant state of overwhelm.

 

I finally had space to breathe.

 

I had more time for my family, more time for myself, and a business that could grow without requiring me to work harder and harder every year.

 

That transformation is exactly why I created this coaching program.
